- Check-in time is after 4 pm on the first day of the reservation; check-out time is before 10 am on the last day of the reservation. No early check-in times and no late check-out times are permitted. - No more than 5 (Five) persons will reside or sleep on the premises. - The Renting Guest shall not allow any other person, other than the Renting Guest’s immediate family or transient relatives and friends who are guests of the Renting Guest, to use or occupy the Premises without first obtaining the Hosts’ written consent to such use. - WiFi/Internet and Cable TV are provided by the neighborhood HOA through Bluestream technologies. While they are pretty reliable, the Hosts do not guarantee that WiFi or Cable will be fully operational at all times due to these circumstances. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, or personal preferences concerning cable TV service. - The Renting Guest shall see to their security while on the property by locking doors, windows, sliding doors, etc. when it’s prudent. - The Renting Guest agrees that the use of the Hot Tub is at “your own risk” and assumes all responsibility. No children are permitted in the Hot Tub anytime without adult supervision. - The property for legal purposes only. Any other use, including but not limited to illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc., shall cause termination of this Agreement with no refund of rents or deposits. - There shall be no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the premises, including using weed (e.g., Marijuana, etc.) products. - FIREWORKS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. Do not keep on the Premises any item of a dangerous, flammable, or explosive character that might unreasonably increase the danger of fire or explosion on the Premises or that might be considered hazardous or extra hazardous. Do not kindle nor permit any outdoor rubbish fires on the premises. - QUIET HOUR STARTS AT 11 PM. The Renting Guest shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. - There is no daily housekeeping service. Renting Guest is responsible for cleaning and laundry during the lease period. - The Renting Guest is responsible for cleaning, replacing, or repairing household effects and Premises that are unusually soiled, damaged, or lost at the termination of the Lease period, to the satisfaction of the Hosts or Agent. - The Renting Guest shall dispose of all waste material generated during the rental period. Before check-out, the Renting Guest shall ensure that all waste material is disposed of appropriately and no waste or other properties are left behind.
